Fall Produce is Here!!!

Eating seasonally means big health benefits and big savings. Fall produce is officially in season. Here's an up to date list of all the ripe and affordable yum-yums you  can indulge in this fall.

*Since we're still in September remember to eat your tomatoes, eggplant and peppers before the season for these delicious whole foods ends. My menu this week will incorporate all three of these produce items in an attempt to encourage you to get 'em in while you can!
